* We now have 26 Cook
Teams competing and 40
Official Judges from the Florida
BBQ Association officiating!
* Last year's Grand Champion,
"Big Pappa's Country
Kitchen" name has been
pulled to cook in the "Jack
Daniel's Invitational BBQ" in
Lynchburg, Tennessee! Yea!!!
* Fri 3-6 P.M. KISS-FM
99.9 radio station will be
onsite with their live call in
remote and prizes give-aways!
* Sat. 3-5 the Firedog Saloon &
BBQ" Cook Team has joined us
with their group of Broward
County Firefighters, their Fire
Truck and
their "Firedog
Saloon Line Dancers"
will be joining us to dance with
the Country Band "Ciera Rae" at
the main stage!
* Sat. 12-4 "Miss Piggy
the Clown and Balloonist"
will join us with her balloon
creations for all the kids!
* Dave Aizer, host
of WSFL-TV will be
joining me for Awards
Ceremony, the best of the
best Cook Teams being
awarded a purse of $10,000
in cash
and Trophies.........
Sat. 5:00 P.M. in the
Hospitality Tent.
* "PEOPLE'S CHOICE
CONTEST" Sat 12-3,
taste all 26 Cook Teams BBQ
samples and then YOU choose the
best BBQ, winning team receives
a trophy!
* Our Social Networking Team
will join us at the Check-In
Tent, promoting Social Media and
giving away lot's of prizes, so
stop by and say Hi!
* "Name our Big Pig
Contest".....a chance
to name our big entrance pig and
win a great prize!
